Softening the heart with Green Calcite

I have been feeling the effects of the current situation we are in right now. I wake up some days with an ennui that is not familiar to me.

My usual zest eluding me for days at a time.

In my morning meditation, the soft energy of Green Calcite brought a sense of peace and tranquility to my heart and mind. As I go through my day today it is that softening of my heart that I will return to.

By absorbing negative energy it restores mental balance.
